InMode Optimus Max

InMode Optimus Max is a clinical laser platform that uses 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelengths - the two most evidence-backed wavelengths for hair removal. The laser targets melanin in the hair follicle, converting light to heat and destroying the follicle's growth capacity.

Unlike IPL (which is also great for hair but better for skin), the Optimus Max delivers higher fluence in a shorter pulse - targeting follicles more precisely while minimizing heat spill to surrounding skin. It's the difference between a treatment that works and one that works predictably.

The Process

What to Expect

Hair grows in three phases - anagen (active), catagen (transition), and telogen (rest). Laser only destroys follicles in the active growth phase. That's why a single treatment never covers everything - and why you need multiple sessions to "catch" every follicle when it's active.

Sessions are spaced 4-8 weeks apart, depending on the treatment area. Face sessions are closer together (4-5 weeks); body areas like legs and back are further apart (6-8 weeks). After each session, you'll see gradual thinning - the hair that remains grows back finer and lighter.
