Cheyloh grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming, and her commitment to this community runs through everything she does. After earning her accelerated bachelor's in Chemistry from Black Hills State and a Nursing degree from South Dakota State, she worked as a CNA in Sheridan before moving into the ER and ICU - where she saw how often people needed more than acute care.

That experience drove her to complete her Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Vanderbilt University. The vision: open a place where healthcare and self-care meet - where clients feel genuinely seen, not processed.

Anova Med Spa is the result. More than a business, it's a mission to help people feel their best from the inside out. She's proud to serve her hometown and bring advanced wellness technology to Sheridan.

Anatefka is a dedicated medical assistant with two years of experience working in a variety of healthcare settings, including urgent care, geriatrics, and medical spa services. Through these experiences, she has developed strong clinical skills and a true passion for helping patients feel cared for, confident, and supported.

She is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) through Chamberlain University's online nursing program. Her goal is to continue expanding her knowledge and grow into a registered nurse, all while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people she cares for.

When she's not at work or studying, Anatefka loves spending time outdoors. You'll often find her hunting, fishing, or snowmobiling, embracing the adventurous Wyoming lifestyle and enjoying everything nature has to offer.
